Issue description

I was looking to add a new SMS provider in the Self-Hosted version, and it appears that I ran the project in local mode, and it failed because of this error in the Dockerfile

failed to solve: failed to compute cache key: failed to calculate checksum of ref 88ta3h3ip8vcevxu8n9gf582q::72b0512nvk6nusokd3g6n55es: "/meta": not found

How can I build the project and run it? Where are the required files needed in the Dockerfile?
