Bootstrap 4 will use Sass. Do we care? #570

We could:

  • rip out the less compilation and replace it with libsass
  • wait for the inevitable less fork of Bootstrap 4 and see if it is maintained well
  • just keep using Bootstrap 3

I think option 1 is our best option. Shouldn't be too hard to replace the less stuff for sass, and if the Python bindings work then it can integrate better into our stack anyway.

Bootstrap 4 is still in alpha. It'll be a while.
