Add linting to project

I propose adding a linting config to help keep things consistent and catch easy errors in the front end. Generally I'm a fan of StandardJS and would suggest that. If folks have strong opinions about including semi-colons, there's also Semi-Standard. I will create an issue for ui-components as well.
