Implement sequential vs parallel toggle mechanism
Implement parallel scan as discussed in the docs
Add tests
Test thoroughly
- Is the full DynamoDB read capacity being consumed? (Wouldn't want this as production services still need read/write units)
- Does this work with the local test set up?
