I can´t start a server (error unknown certificate type) on openssl 3.0.x

I am following the guide to start the test server but i get this error all the time (i have use dilithium3):

I have execute the runtest.sh and everything is ok, and the oqsprovider is active:

And this is the change i made to openssl.cnf (I have changed the CipherString to 0 because i was getting the error my certificate is too weak)

This cannot work, see https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/oqs-provider/?tab=readme-ov-file#note-on-openssl-versions: Your openssl version is too old to support provider based signature algorithms (like dilithium). Upgrade openssl to 3.2 or higher and it will work.
