The regional government of Umbria, Italy has an air quality program available at:
https://www.arpa.umbria.it/monitoraggi/aria/Default.aspx
There are 24 stations measuring PM2.5, PM10, O3, CO, NO2,SO2.
As with other Italy data PM seems to only be available in 24 hr average but other pollutants have hourly averages avaiable
There is also an open data portal which seems to have historical downloads available:
https://opendata.arpa.umbria.it/
