XML format for IGT messages

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the IGT messages to communicate between medical devices. For this purpose, some IGT messages are specified for the application. In order to control whether the messages sent/received are consistent with the messages specified, I need a tool to dump out the messages in a readable format, e.g., XML. So, does anyboday know whether such a tool is already available? and does OpenIGTLink also specify the XML format for each message? i'd appreciate your help!

I haven't heard of any tool that can dump the contents of OpenIGTLink messages. In principle we can have such functions in each message class and but it needs some work. If you have resource to implement such functions, I am happy to help.
