Implement basic AI plugin

Could be a simple feature such as name generation for single shapes or icon variation generation even if it doesn't work perfectly.

It could be helpful, both for the Penpot core team as well as for the Penai team, to get a feeling of how difficult AI feature integration will generally be and how such feature will "feel" on the user side.
