Right now everything looks like crap on my phone. Maybe use skeleton (http://getskeleton.com/) for grid and typography. Definitely use something for responsive typography. Maybe typi (https://github.com/zellwk/typi).

Something minimal, though, I'm not a fan of littering markup with hundreds of meaningless classes.

Also, would you be open to Bourbon Neat instead of Skeleton? This could help with the class-itis.
