After digging more, I concluded that it's not possible now, from what I know.

It is possible for one to get the list of courses that impartus has on our campus. This is the file I gathered from impartus API. master.json
Sadly, accessing the videos from courses that you are not registered to requires you to have the necessary permissions. i.e., you need to be logged in as the user registered to those courses.

The solution is to use the credentials of others to download them.
