Teradata and Burmese functions are only plugins

The page at https://prestodb.io/docs/current/functions/teradata.html does not in any way I can find indicate that these are plugin functions that require installing the Teradata plugin and are otherwise unavailable. That should be made clear, and possibly instructions for enabling the plugin can be included or pointed to.
