@senyzspalding in the first image you have results "grouped by collection" so the collection will always serve as a heading to a group of matching results within that collection, which can include the collection itself. This might be something for a UX designer to look at to see if there's clearer way to present the results, especially in the case where the only result is the collection itself as in your example.

I don't see what is duplicated in the second example.
