Feature request: "Auto Start with System" and "Minimize to Tray" #791

I would like to request two new features (I'm on Windows):

Auto start with system: I want the application to start up whenever the system is rebooted. System service maybe?
I want it to run and stay in the system tray until I choose to call it to popup
