UCS Extended Mode 2 Extension

Just mentioning from @renansimoes recomendation to the future in issue #12 .

The problem is that UCS is currently not temporal, and for warps it needs to be temporal. This is easy to make work in WebPrime / Piuvisual, but for oficial Prime engine it can be hard. So we need to think about it
