Remove interface marked experimental

Many people have been confused by the interfaces marked experimental in the specification. I propose removing the interfaces, so we are able to define the whole specification final. This should be seen in the context of the suggestion to create a final report mentioned here. The work will not be lost. We can continue in a branch.
