Problem description

In many dialogs, the right-most and bottom-most item is cut off and almost entirely not visible.
Changing Preferences>General>"Default Font Size" does not seem to improve this.
I'm not sure if any other settings would affect this. I tried a few others to no avail.
Not sure if it would be Mac-only issue.
Using Mac M1 arm64.
