Storing HDF5 Project Data

If the user is creating a Parameter Space model from an HDF5 file, we need to store a temporary copy of their HDF5 file regardless whether they choose to store project data. The project data check box needs to be rewritten so that if it is left unselected by the user, we still store a temporary copy of their HDF5 file for HDF5 browsing in the wizard.
