Missing PaymentInformation blocks?

I'm only able to generate pain.001.001.03.xml with a single PmtInf block using version 0.0.25.

I've tried with the dummy data, and it seems like the example file in the repository tests/data/pain.001.001.03.xml also only has one PmtInf block. However, the file in templates/pain.001.001.03/pain.001.001.03.xml in the repository for version 0.0.22 seems to have several PmtInf blocks.

I might be mistaken, but shouldn't there be one PmtInf block for every line in template.csv?
