describe/automate updating gh-pages after documentation is updated on master #11

At the moment, the documentation is written in the master branch in /doc/. However, for github.io Project Pages, the gh-pages branch is used.

For now, I just manually merged all doc/html files in the gh-pages branch, but this process should be documented/automated.
