Error when trying to use voltageshift

Hi, when using voltageshift, I'm being met with an error:
Error Domain=KMErrorDomain Code=71 "Kernel request failed: (libkern/kext) not loadable (reason unspecified) (-603946989)" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Kernel request failed: (libkern/kext) not loadable (reason unspecified) (-603946989)}

Is there any way to solve this issue other than disabling SIP? I've also used csrutil enable --without kext but that hasn't made the situation any better at all. I have also tried moving the voltageshift files to /library/extensions but that still doesn't work at all.

I haven't had SIP enabled in a while. I'm having issues with both this and Turbo Boost Switcher
