Allow custom fetch implementations in FetchHttpHandler

Hello

In fetch-http-handler.ts, a fetch call was made as part of the handle method. Request to move this fetch call as a custom method on FetchHttpHandler so it can be overridden with custom fetch implementation like:

client.config.requestHandler.customFetch = (request: Request) => customFetchImplementation(request)
