Inviting knowledge partners

From the March 23 meet:

• Having knowledge partners for SoTM can help build a strategic network of individuals and institutions to nurture the regional OSM community in the longer term
• Can help diversify the participation of the conference beyond the usual software/tech oriented event

Lets use this space to better define what the criteria for a knowledge partner for SoTM Asia should be and potential organizations that could result in a fruitful partnership, like the Wikimedia foundation #15

• Institutions that can help recruit new OSM contributors
