scripts/install missing?

The contributing guide says:

Otherwise you'll need to install a local copy yourself by running scripts/install.

There's no scripts/install as far as i can see.

@bitner, was the intention to reference scripts/setup, or is another script missing?

the install script was removed during the reorg of 0.7.0 #160

to be honest I'm not quite sure to get the sense of the sentence

However, it still needs a local install of pypgstac to allow an editable install inside the docker container. This is installed automatically if you have set up a virtual environment for the project. Otherwise you'll need to install a local copy yourself by running scripts/install.
