Running Build 3009 on Linux, have seen same on Win7_64:
The Debug button toggles between 'Enabled' with a faint background and 'Enabled' with a bold background.
On Same Tab, 'Draw Background' toggles between 'Enabled' with a faint background and 'Disabled' with a bold background.
I assume Debug button should be same?
