Add pgvecto.rs to Trunk package registry

I just found out about Trunk, a package manager for Postgres extensions. It'd be nice to have it include pgvecto.rs.

Would love this. I'm struggling to find a Postgres provider that supports this extension along with others (and prefer not to self-host)
