buttons not working in HomeKit

I have two SmartThings buttons. The two buttons show is HomeKit but when press, the action does not fire. I have tired removing the buttons and re-adding them to HomeKit.

Any thoughts? I am running on homebridge-smartthings v2.3.8 and Smartapp v.2.3.3 plugin v2.3.8

Same here. For each event I see three log entries of it firing in Homebridge but the action will not trigger the automation in HomeKit. All three events log correctly as well ( Press, Double, Hold) Works fine if I create the automation in SmartThings.
