Merge into lauris/awesome-scala

As a community I think that we would all benefit if there was only one awesome-scala repo. There are some good things on this list and it seems like you are updating it. It would be great to have your efforts go to where it has the most benefit.

https://github.com/lauris/awesome-scala is currently the authorotative source of awesomeness for Scala as linked to from https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome, it has the most github stars and a higher ranking in google so I think it would make sense to add anything from here that is missing and then EOL this one.
