Add ability to schedule memos/ Give memos abitrary date

Since this is kinda a supermemos clone, I would love to use it in a similar manner.
Memos should have a setting where I can put an abitrary date, planning ToDos, events ahead and making notes for events of the past. Also Notes that don't have a date attached, just the creation/ updating date which should be exposed in search.

With that functionality, Memos can act as a minimal event planner, soyou can focus on all the tasks and thoughts relevant on that day and plan ahead when you schedule something like an exam or birthday or trip.

It's also possible to make minimal notes about the events.

This is especially useful bc I consider memos/ supermemos to be an accessible and fun way to crowd source links to learning materials and small information bites within a study group setting. Staying on top of deadlines and exam dates is very important here.
