Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm frustrated when I can't broadcast my location (when I choose to) so that the admin's of TenFour can see where I am in order to best help me in a crisis situation.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a user, i want to be able to activate my location services and a tracking mode in TenFour that has the full consent of the user enaballing their location broadcast. In order for a use case of a field team HQ looking to keep track of roaming team members in the field.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could have clear links with Ushahidi Platform mapping tool.
