[CHECKLIST] Live Testnet and Mainnet

Summary

Our goal is to enable interoperability between Eigenlayer and Tangle/Gadget. We want the Incredible Squaring AVS rewritten in Rust so that it may run in a Gadget and an AVS that internally runs our Gadget or a Tangle Validator. With both of these, we are able to run Gadget/Tangle processes within an Eigenlayer AVS and Eigenlayer's AVS within our Gadget.

With these AVSs completed, we just need to continue with the guidelines shown here for moving forward with the Live Testnet and eventually the Mainnet.
