How to retries a message when deliver failed?

Dear Wormhole team,

I m having a case, that my transaction was successful on source-chain (meaning that USDC already burnt), but then the executed on dest-chain got failed then no USDC was minted to my contracts, then only get small amount of ETH refund.
I m already read the docs and Wormhole contracts but can not find any function to redeem my USDC or re-try to delivers request with higher gas limit and native fee.
