Oneshot-patched (onto upstream c569b89) builds.

Note that the actual source used in these builds will vary in cases where some platform stuff has to be adapted (this is specifically referring to the possibility of an Android build - package name will need to be changed to avoid conflict).

The Mac OS X build was performed by @Ghabry, on b5089a0 based on c569b89. Thank goodness for that.
<Further android build would be added if someone asked really nicely and told me how to get it to work. Good news is, activity names don't appear to matter to Android (see: gabien-android), so it might just be a case of figuring out how to make the integration work and then just doing it.>
