Paxtools v6.0.0.
- migrated from Miriam/Identifiers.org to Bioregistry.io based bio collections/identifiers Resolver and URI normalizer;
- improvements in paxtools-normalizer, etc.;
- fixed a regression bug #54;
- bumped jena libs to 3.17.0 in paxtools-jsonld;
It buids and runs with JDK-21 (e.g. Temurin-21).
PS: there were some experiments and bugs in snapshots between v5.1.0 and this; also better skip v5.2.1 and v5.3.0 and use one of these, the latest: v6.0.0 or v5.2.2 now (2024-05-25).
