the purpose of this program is to try to force a UF2 based firmware into bootloader mode by rapidly cycling through all devices connected to the computer through a serial communications port. Connecting at a baud rate of 1200 bps and then disconnecting should trigger the bootloader mode to activate on devices that use UF2 enabled firwmare.
