I am somewhat confused as to what the nature of this issue is -- can you please elaborate? I do not believe that Concord would be very effective without a Discord gateway connection! Are you possibly talking about using Concord with other (not-Discord) Discord-compatible gateway emulations (e.g. Fosscord)?

Using just the adapter. You should be able to create messages and stuff without connecting to the gateway.

Okay, that definitely makes sense. Yeah, there's definitely room for improvement there.
