feat: provide page info on beforeSlide and afterSlide callbacks

Description

Provide page information on beforeSlide and afterSlide callbacks.
This was supported in previous nuka-carousel versions. For example - codesandbox.
It will be useful for developers to track user's interactions with the carousel.
