Create batch entraz file to extract all the sequence of interested gene sequence at once. File format in .txt, prepare the file with version number of the gene (eg. LC417437.1) and not accession number (eg. LCLC417437) Go to NCBI link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/batchentrez to extract the sequence.
