무슨 이유로 어떻게 코드를 변경했는지
타이머 여러개면 스레드를 여러개 사용하여 서버가 죽는 에러가 발생하였습니다...
cron을 1분마다 돌려서 타이머시간이 일치하는 타이머에게 알림을 전송하는 방식으로 변경하였습니다.
