Development Workflow: MCT uses the PETSC modifications to gitworkflows

Using with SVN

To check out the trunk: svn checkout https://github.com/MCSclimate/MCT/trunk

To check out a specific tag: svn checkout https://github.com/MCSclimate/MCT/tags/(tagname)

WARNING: If you try to svn checkout just MCSclimate/MCT, you will get a massive amount of code with one tagname subdirectory for each tag and the trunk.
