This commit adds support for constant proxy locations and includes additional tests primarily derived from Figure 8 in the paper 'Mixed-Proxy Extensions for the NVIDIA PTX Memory Consistency Model'. Co-authored-by: Hernan Ponce de Leon <[email protected]>
