This device has been marked as deprecated since 2014 in PlusToolkit/PlusLib@92c5c70. The MmfVideoDevice should be used instead.

MmfVideoDeivce utilizes the Microsoft Media Foundation framework for Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11.

This device has been marked as deprecated since 2014 in PlusToolkit/PlusLib@92c5c70. The MmfVideoDevice should be used instead.

@lassoan Is executing on this deprecation ok here? Or is "Video For Windows" only still around for the Ultrasonix device? If so, then we can update the term "deprecated" from the documentation and indicate that the "Supported platforms" for this device is only "Windows XP embedded 32 bits" thereby executing on its deprecation for later Windows 32/64 bit versions.
