New Features:

1. Added hardware acceleration for Nvidia gpu: use -cuda or --cuda to activate.

1. change --samepath, -sp behaviour suggested on #2
2. Fixed relative paths.
3. Fixed fps implementation
4. Derive outpath from inpath on non-cli mode
5. Now audio bitrate is variable according to -q, --quality args.
6. Now preview -v only prints version number without extra texts.
