Adding support for filtering secrets using deep learning models from huggingface specialized in string classification for detecting secrets.

• What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This PR add the abality for detect-secrets to filter scans using deep learning model from huggingface.
By running the following command :

detect-secrets scan --huggingface-model huggingface/path --threshold 0.8 --huggingface-token TOKEN

• Other information:
  When using this feature the performance of detect-secrets drops a bit because of usage of big models.
