Description of changes
Swift 6 Docker containers are now available: https://hub.docker.com/_/swift
Replace Swift 5.10 with Swift 6.0 as latest supported Swift for Linux.
Also: Eliminate the nightly model-integration build, since breaking model changes are now detected upstream in the automated build system.
