Add support for Dates (repeating)

Is there a cahnce we can get support for the repeating dates module?

I support the concept but am not sure when I'd have time to work on it at present. It will probably involve some refactoring of the code.

This bit from Full Calendar Views might be useful to look at for anyone that wants to have a goat making a PR in the meantime:

@padprint I am about to make a new release and noticed that a few years ago some work was done with Repeating Dates. Have you been using it? Are you still interested in testing?
