1. A client can subscribe to a feed of location updates and notifications for a selected entity.
2. Offer the ability to subscribe/unsubscribe at runtime to the feed of several entities.
3. Reset devices locations for testing purposes withour restarting web server
4. Ability to create area location anywhere on the map
5. Ability to delete areas.
