Change blockquote markdown to require a space

Description

Blockquote formatting now requires a space between the > and the first word of the quote.

This allows people to send emoticons like >.< and >//<, or type greentext style posts, without formatting interfering with them.

Blockquotes can still contain blank lines. The blank lines do not require a space after the >. All lines with words do require the space.
