Classic DB release version 1.10 "Echoes of War"

This release is compatible with revision z2732 of of CMaNGOS-classic and
comes with latest ACID-classic

Several main topics are included in this release : rework of Dire Maul North dungeon by Tobschinski and cala, rework of Lunar Festival by Zingzah and cala, many Blackwing Lair raid dungeon updates and fixes by cala, addition of Elemental Invasion event by cala, a full World Loot system rework by X-Savior and MantisLord along with a brand new RangeAI mode for ACID by killerwife and thousand of related scripts rework by AnonXs.

We would like to thank all the contributors for their reports, fixes and tests, especially amongst them: AnonXS, bdedaere, Daribon, Ghaster, Grz3s, killerwife, Killyana, MantisLord, Muehe, RichardGe, Saltgurka, Swater96, Warlockbugs, ZenoX92, Zooke...

Classic DB is a cross databases project and many of the updates are possible thanks to the great work of our fellow developers from other projects, with a special thank to AnonXS, Grz3s, killerwife, MantisLord and Saltgurka who increased the synergies between our DB projects.

As usual, many gossips, quests, items, NPCs, scripts events, dungeons and raids were also fixed.
