previously api module had to be loaded already which is slow on startup. now the module is loaded when the resource is accessed.

fix url for extra apis in swaggerv2 view
- six is a Python 2/3 migration helper, Python 2 is EOL
remove six
upgrade swagger-ui
upgrade dependencies
bump version
