Since the same paragraph is repeated, it's best to put it into a separate reusable file under an "includes" subdirectory. Then reference it like this:
[!INCLUDE [operating-system-kb](includes/operating-system-kb.md)]

Hi @TaraOverfield, I agree with @gewarren here. Could you please place this into an includes folder, and then reference the include file in these three articles instead? This will greatly help reduce inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and maintenance long-term.

Summary
In Nov 2023 we added an explanation table about how parent KBs relate to child KBs. This table was mistakenly omitted from Release Notes when they started in April 2024. This PR is to add the paragraph to published Release Notes.
